After you have chosen an item your shopping bag will contain the reference of the item selected, i.e its name, size, and price in Forints (taxes included).
Please check all your personal details on the order form. They will be used to process your order and facilitate your purchases with Artizan. Remember that personal details (the despatch address and billing address as well as your e-mail address) must be provided with accuracy to prevent confusion in the despatch of the item/s ordered.
Before your order is actually processed, you will get a summary of the items requested, with total price (postage and taxes included) and despatch data. At this point you can still modify or delete the contents of your shopping bag as well as your personal data.
Purchases may be made by credit or debit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and AMEX) via Paypal. You can also pay by bank transfer. No other payment methods are accepted.
When the transaction is completed you will receive the order number which you can use to track your order.
When the transaction is confirmed an e-mail message will also be sent to you confirming that the full amount has been paid and including the despatch details of your purchases. If we don't have the items in stock you wish to order, you will be informed immediately via e-mail about the possible date of despatch.
If the date given is not acceptable to you, you have 24 hours to cancel your order. In this case we will refund the purchase price to you.
Despatch is carried out by The Hungarian Post Office Ltd.
On request, we can send your order by an international courier company. In this case, please contact us at sales @ marcusgoldson dot co dot uk before you place your order so that we can inform you about the cost of the delivery.
Your order will be packaged according to the recommendations of the Hungarian Post Office Ltd.
Please examine the packaging upon delivery. If it seems damaged, please open the parcel in the presence of the postal officer to see if your print has been damaged in any way.
If this is the case please register this with the postal officer( with a description of the damage) as we cannot accept claims for damages caused by delivery, later.
Orders are usually delivered within three (3) to five (5) working days in case of prints.
Other items (eg. bags, notebooks, etc) are usually despatched within three (3) to fifteen (15) working days, depending on stocks.
The despatch amount is calculated according to the destination, the items purchased and the packaging used to send them.
Once you have received your order, you have eight (8) working days to exchange or return the article. To do this, you should visit our store in Budapest or send the item to the following address:

If you return an item within 8 working days we will refund your money in full up to a maximum of 30 days after we received the returned item. This refund does not extend to shipping costs.
For returns made by post, we recommend sending the package by registered mail.
If you paid by bank transfer, refunds will be made directly to your bank account (except in respect of shipping costs - please see below.)
If we receive the returned merchandise in a damaged or used state, we reserve the right to vary any refund we offer.
